CSH Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members
Children’s Specialized Hospital (CSH) Foundation is proud to welcome Joey Cioffi and Nicole Bryson as the newest members of its Board of Trustees.
Joey Cioffi is the Founder and CEO of Salad House, a fast-casual, health-focused franchise brand built on fresh food, community values, and resilience. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the restaurant industry, Joey transformed a traditional deli background into a scalable franchise through determination and thoughtful risk-taking. Beyond business, Joey is committed to giving back. He founded The BIG GIVE, a philanthropic initiative that donates 100% of proceeds from special promotions to charitable causes. His passion for service, family, and purpose-driven leadership brings a valuable perspective to CSH Foundation’s work.
“It’s an honor to join the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees,” said Joey. “As a father, entrepreneur, and lifelong believer in community, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful compassion and access to care can be. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support families, uplift children, and help advance the incredible mission of this Foundation.”
Nicole Bryson is the Owner and CEO of FTMobility, a leading woman-owned mobility solutions company based in Saddle Brook, NJ. With more than 22 years in the industry, and over a decade as an entrepreneur, Nicole has grown FTMobility into one of the most trusted providers of wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive driving equipment in the tri-state area.
"I’m incredibly honored and excited to join the Board of Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation,” said Nicole. “Supporting children and families through life’s most challenging moments is especially meaningful to me, and it’s a privilege to be part of a mission that creates hope, strength, and possibility." Nicole’s work directly supports children and families living with disabilities, helping them gain independence and access critical resources. Her commitment to philanthropy, advocacy, and accessibility is deeply personal, and she actively collaborates with nonprofit and industry partners to expand mobility solutions for those who need them most.
“Strong governance and thoughtful leadership are essential to advancing our mission,” said Mark Montenero, CSH Foundation Board Chairman and President of Autoland Toyota, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM. “Joey and Nicole bring deep business acumen, a shared commitment to giving back, and a genuine understanding of the communities we serve. Their perspectives will help guide the Foundation as we continue to grow our impact for children and families in New Jersey and beyond.”
The CSH Foundation Board of Trustees plays a critical role in advancing the Foundation’s work, providing strategic oversight, stewarding philanthropic resources, and serving as ambassadors. Board members help ensure that donor support is used thoughtfully and effectively to strengthen treatment programs, expand access to care, and invest in the future of specialized pediatric medicine.
“We are honored to welcome Joey and Nicole to our Board of Trustees,” expressed Alissa Memoli, President and Chief Development Officer at Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation. “Our Board is made up of leaders who believe deeply in what’s possible when community and compassion come together.”
With the addition of Joey Cioffi and Nicole Bryson, CSH Foundation’s Board of Trustees is further positioned to guide growth, deepen community partnerships, and ensure that every philanthropic dollar is used with intention to expand access and advance care for children with unique health challenges.
